Check audio source. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the bottom right corner of the Meeting Room and ensure the correct audio source is selected.
Check for virtual audio devices
Sometimes, virtual audio devices (for example, Zoom Virtual Audio Device, Microsoft Teams Audio Device) can interfere with your Meeting Room audio. To check if these are installed:
- Open your device's sound input and output settings.
For example, on a desktop, go to Menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Sound > Input & Output. - Look for any of the following:
- ZoomAudioDevice
- Microsoft Teams Audio Device (Virtual)

Alternatively, check for hidden files on your desktop.

- Enter: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/
- Look for ZoomAudioDevice.driver or Microsoft Teams Audio Device.
Windows - Open File Explorer and select the "View" tab.
- Then, check the box for "Hidden items" in the "Show/hide" group to display them.
- If ZoomAudioDevice.driver or Microsoft Teams Audio Device is there, delete the file, empty the trash, and restart your device.
