Discontinuation notice: Alida mobile apps

Effective July 23rd, 2024 the Alida Community mobile app and member-facing mobile app will no longer be supported. 

Why are the apps being deprecated?

• This decision is largely driven by low usage of the mobile apps. 
• The Alida team remains focused on continued investment in our web platform capabilities.

How will I interact with the Alida platform going forward?

• Community admins can continue to access the Alida platform through the web portal. Community members can continue to access their surveys through hubs and invitations. These workflows remain unchanged. 

When will access to the mobile apps end?

• Both mobile apps will no longer be available for new downloads on iOS and Android devices beginning on July 23, 2024.
• For users who already have them downloaded, both mobile apps will stop working on July 23, 2024.
