Surveys allow single or multiple responses. The option you choose depends on your research objective:
-
Choose Single response for surveys that collect feedback during a finite period. Participants are invited to respond once.
-
Choose Multiple responses for surveys that collect feedback over an indeterminate period of time. Participants are invited to respond to the same survey multiple times, to see if their sentiments change over time.
When you first create a survey, you must choose a response option. However, if you change your mind, you can convert a single response survey to a multiple response survey and vice versa at various points in the survey workflow.
While authoring a survey
If you have not yet distributed the survey, you can switch response options on the Distribute tab.
