You can use a member group to calculate the number of non-members who participated in a survey.
Example
You want to view the number of non-members who participated in a survey using the activity link on your organization's Facebook page. To do this, you would create a member filter based on the member's status.
Details
- In the Community app, click Community > Member Groups.
- On the Member Groups toolbar click New Member Group.
- Optional: In the Group name, type a name for the member group.
- From the For members who are list, select NonMember.
- From the variable list, select Activity Participation Status.
- From the For what activity list, select an activity.
- From the operator list, select Is.
- From the participation list, select Completed.
- Click Total Eligible Recipients.
- Click Save.
