You can use profile variables to filter your Community Metrics reports.
Example
You would like to filter your report based on members that are female.
Detailed Steps
- In the Community app, open the Community Metrics report you would like to filter on.
- On the report toolbar, click Filter.
- Select Include or Exclude depending on the criteria required. Using the example above, you would use Include.
- Select AND or OR depending on the logic required.
- From the drop-down menu, select Profile Variables.
- Start to type the name of the question or search using the scroll bar. Using the example above, we would type Gender.
- Select the answer values. Using the example above, we would select Female.
- If another condition is required, click + to add another condition.
- Repeat steps 5-7.
- Click Count to check how many participants will be included.
- Click Apply.
