If the data that you are exporting from your panel contains 16 digits (or more), Excel will replace the last digit with a zero. This is a known issue with Excel. Excel does not support numbers longer than 16 digits. All of the data is intact and correct in the export, but because of Excel's limitation, once the file is opened in Excel some data is lost. If the export file is opened in a text editor, all of the data will be intact.
Detailed Steps
- Download the CSV export from the Alida platform. Do not open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel.
- Open your text editor (for example, Notepad, Notepad++, or VS Code) and then open the exported CSV file.
