How can there be two or more images uploaded to a single Member Image Upload question? (Power Surveys)

For the Member Image Upload question, there may be cases where there are 2 or more images uploaded to a single question for a participant.

Example

A participant may open up multiple windows of the survey by clicking or pasting the invitation link into additional tabs. The Member Image Upload question can effectively be reached during these separate instances of the survey. After uploading an image in each window, the participant can click on Next. Only the first window to click on Next will continue with the rest of the study, but the images in the other windows will also be uploaded into the system.
