Images will appear broken in a duplicate survey if the images were hosted outside of the shared folder in the previous study. To resolve this issue, you can update the required images through the Image Manager.
Detailed Steps
- Navigate to the Questionnaire Tree in the duplicate survey.
- Select the question that contains the broken images.
- Remove the broken image.
- Update the required image using the Image Manager.
