You may have a bulking issue (message[s] going into the Junk/Spam/Bulk folder) if one or more of the following conditions are satisfied by a specific ISP:
- Getting high abuse complaints from your panelists
- Mailing to a high number of invalid email addresses from a recent survey deployment
- Mailing to a high number of spam trap addresses from a recent survey deployment
- Spammy subject line or message content
Example
If many of your panelists at Hotmail hit the “mark as spam” (abuse complaint) button, then subsequent messages may go into the Junk/Spam/Bulk folder until your abuse complaint rate decreases.
