In the Community app, you may notice that the Survey Response Rate displayed on the Dashboard or home page is different from the response rates in the survey statistics report. This is because the two metrics are calculated differently.
- The Survey Response Rate on the Dashboard is the percentage of active members in the past 30 days who have some sort of response status for an activity. They are counted once.
- The response rates in the survey statistics report are based on the number of invitations. If a member was invited twice in the time period, they are counted twice. The statistics in the survey statistics report can also change depending on the filters that are set on the page.
