To include or exclude members based on participation in a previous survey, you can create a new member group using the activity participation status feature.
Example
You would like to create a member group for a survey distribution with members that completed a previous survey.
Detailed Steps
- In the Community app, click Community > Member Groups.
- Click New.
- Type a member group name and select the member statuses you want to include.
- In the filter section, select Activity Participation Status from the first drop-down menu.
- Select an activity name from the second drop-down menu.
- Select the participation status or statuses required.
- Click Save.
