You cannot sign in to a member hub from the hub's login page using new or old Community admin credentials. This is because:
- The sign-in workflows for member hubs and Community are different.
- Community records any email address, new or old, that was associated with an admin account at any point in time. Therefore, old email addresses cannot be reused for member hub user accounts.
To sign in to the member hub, you can try either of the following options:
- Use a different email address to join the member hub as a member.
- Re-add yourself to Community as an admin and sign in. Then, in the global navigation menu, click Community > Member Experience > Member Hub.
