Why does question text appear black on a mobile device? (Power Surveys)

The default question text color in mobile is white. If this text is black, or any color other than white, it is because there is HTML code changing the default color. This is likely caused by copying and pasting from an outside source such as Microsoft Word, which adds HTML code to your survey.

Detailed Steps

To clear the font coloring, follow these steps:

1. In the survey, click the Questionnaire tab.
2. Open the question with black text.
3. In the question text box, select More Tools on the Question Editor toolbar and then click Style Tools.

   

4. Highlight the text that is displaying in black
5. Click on the Foreground Color Picker.

   

6. Select the first button which is a "Clear Color" selection.

   

7. Update.
8. Save the question.
9. Validate your study.
10. Publish when ready.
