How do I add a template for Quiz type surveys without the use of a script? (Power Surveys)

If you do not require scoring in your quiz activity, you can simply author questions, build conditional sequences and show or skip correct/incorrect text pages. Please see below for an example.

Detailed Steps

1. Create a question (for example, Q1 like above).
2. Create a conditional sequence and add a filter for the correct answer.
   
    
3. Create a text instruction with content you want to show for getting the question correct.
4. Create a conditional sequence and add a filter for the incorrect answer(s).
5. Create a text instruction with content you want to show for getting the question incorrect.
6. Repeat step 1 to 5 for more questions.
