Example
You have 4 new packaging images for a new drink product, and would like each respondent to rate 1 out of the 4 images.
Detailed Steps

Import Template 1 (up to 5 concepts) into your panel:
- Download the PXML template here.
- In the Surveys app, click New Project.
- Under Power Survey, click Import.
- Select the PXML template you downloaded, and click Open.
- Give the power survey an internal name.
- Click Upload.

Add the template to your study:
- Create/author your power survey as required.
- Go to the Questionnaire tab of your study.
- Click on Library on the Authoring toolbar.
- In the Library Browser, look for the template study in the Studies section, under Pending Studies (the study you created in step 1).
- Expand the template study in the Library Browser and drag the block into your Questionnaire Tree as required. Do not rename any of the blocks or questions.
- Drag the EDS5_ONE_OF_MAX_5 block (from template 1) into your study.

Set up Even Distribution:
- Click on the EDS5_CONCEPT question and update the answer options with the list of your 4 product names (text only). Remove the last extra option at the end of the list.
Note: when you label these answer options here, the text will be piped into the concept question and be shown to respondents.
- Click on the EDS5_CONCEPT question and update the answer options with the list of your 4 product names (text only). Remove the last extra option at the end of the list.
- Expand EDS5_HIDDEN block, and click on the EDS5_CONCEPT_IMG question and update the answer options with a product image for each. Remove extra options at the end of the list. The question holding the concept name and the question holding the concept images should match in the number of options and order.

Create your concept questions:
- Author your concept questions in the EDS5_QUESTIONS_HERE block. There will be only one set of concept questions and the assigned concept will be piped in.
- Author your concept questions in the EDS5_QUESTIONS_HERE block. There will be only one set of concept questions and the assigned concept will be piped in.
- In questions that you want to show the assigned concept name, insert the pipe [%EDS5_CONCEPT%] into the question text. For the concept image, insert the pipe [%EDS5_CONCEPT_IMG%] to the question text.
- When responding the survey, you will see:
- Delete the EDS5_CONCEPT_PIPE_EXAMPLE text instruction.
- Validate and test your survey.
