If a member was Active at the time they were invited to an activity and the member's status changed to Purged subsequently, the member can still complete the activity they were invited to before their member status changed to Purged. You do not have to worry about reinviting them.
However, once a member's status has changed to Purged, you cannot send them invitations or reminders for any activity type. If you have accidentally purged a member, you can use the restore functionality in Community, or perform a system upload, to change the member's status from Purged to Active again.
